Friday at last! We’re kicking off this new concept, bringing America to the heart of Oslo. In these musical events we’ll circle between different concepts from different parts of America, Abya Yala, the great Continent.

This week we will bring an amazing singer and song writer from Bolivia, Xavier Valverde & Los divorciados.

With his powerful performances and his strong voice always with a message, Xavier will keep us entertained with this nice concert.

– With “Arde Oslo”, or “Oslo is burning”, the Bolivian poet and artist Xavier Valverde lyrically set fire to his new hometown Oslo in 2020. The debut built on a previously published collection of poems, and his deep Bolivian world of wisdom is expanded with a quartet when he plays in Kubaparken.
This is music to listen to, and the basic tone of the lyrics and music is highly understandable even to those who do not understand Spanish.
